Rodger Shepard possesses extensive experience in investigative and enforcement roles, having served as a Sr. Investigator for the Province of BC's Public Safety and Solicitor General Ministry from March 2019 to February 2023 and as a Liquor and Cannabis Investigator for the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch from July 2017 to March 2019. Prior to these positions, Rodger was a Ministry Investigator at the BC Ministry of Social Development and Social Innovation from December 2013 to July 2017, and worked as an Investigator at Industrial Security Ltd from April 2011 to 2013. Rodger's career began at the Vancouver Police Department, where a tenure from 1982 to 2010 included roles in patrol, surveillance, and major crime investigations. Currently, Rodger is employed as a car parts delivery driver at PartSource. Educational background includes studies at the British Columbia Justice Institute and Holland College PEI.
