Lucy Huang is an accomplished environmental planner currently employed at Dillon Consulting Limited since May 2022, following a previous tenure at the same company in late 2021. Lucy has gained significant experience in planning roles with various organizations, including the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing as an Assistant Planner and the Ontario Ministry of Energy, Northern Development and Mines as a Project Analyst, where responsibilities included assessing energy management plans and client communications for energy reporting. Prior to these roles, Lucy contributed to transportation planning at WSP and conducted remote sensing research for Natural Resources Canada, demonstrating expertise in data analysis, policy assessment, and stakeholder engagement. Lucy holds a Bachelor's degree in Honours Planning from the University of Waterloo, complemented by a minor in Management Studies.
