Kelly Deaton Tolliver, MEd., LPCC, is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in counseling. Currently serving as a Mental Health Counselor at Parsons Counseling and Play Therapy Center since September 2020, Kelly previously held roles as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at CUMBERLAND RIVER BEHAVIORAL HEALTH INC from October 2017 to March 2020 and as a Substance Abuse/Mental Health Counselor at Cumberland River Comprehensive Care from February 2013 to October 2017. Kelly's career began in advertising, with positions at The Sentinel-Echo and NFIB, and includes a degree in Counseling (MEd) from Lindsey Wilson College and a B.A. in Journalism from Morehead State University.
