Joseph (Yossi) Deutsch has over 35 years of experience in the technology industry. Joseph (Yossi) began their career in 1986 as the Head of Simulation Division for NCC - Network Communications and Computer Systems. From 1995 to 2000, they were President of Immersia Ltd. and Vice President of Business Development for Interactive Light Inc. Joseph (Yossi) then became CEO of DigiScents Israel R&D Center and VP Product Development for DigiScents Inc. from 2000 to 2001. From 2001 to 2011, they held various roles at NDS Limited, including Vice President Business Development, CTO's Office, CMO and Vice President Product Marketing/Management, and Director of Business Development, Mobile & Home Networking. From 2011 to 2013, they were Vice President Sales, Marketing & Business Development - Software & Services for Pace. From 2013 to 2019, they were Vice President Sales & Strategy for Comigo Ltd. In 2019, they became Co-Founder of spiritU.rocks and in 2020 they became a Mentor at Techstars Tel-Aviv. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Vice President Sales & Marketing for Parsempo.

Joseph (Yossi) Deutsch obtained a Bsc in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University between 1980 and 1983, and a Computer Engineer certification from MAMRAM, IDF between 1980 and 1981.
