Ilyse is an Emmy award-winning press corps veteran who is currently head of US strategic partnerships and PR for Darmiyan, the biotech company with a whole solution to Alzheimer’s and plans to widely improve cognitive health. Her 20-year-career in Washington, DC began at the Brookings Institution, combining interests in biology, psychology and politics. Early professional highlights include interviews on the House Speaker's balcony and in the Oval Office; bylines in the WSJ, CQ, and Wired; an Emmy award, as well as recognition from Loeb and National Press Club. As the founder of Veron Ventures, she engages client audiences to address complex problems and develop collaborations with media partners, social entrepreneurs, policy makers, think tank and foundation stewards, designers, scientists, and business leaders around the globe.
