Hella Knoester is a skilled psychologist currently working at Parnassia as a Psychologist at the Centrum Intensieve Behandelingen (CIB) since October 2023 and as a member of the psychological staff at Parnassia Groep since January 2023. Hella has prior experience at PsyQ, where responsibilities included outpatient treatment for depression and bipolar disorders. Hella also contributed to research at Leiden University focused on emotional and behavioral influences between parents and adolescents while serving as a research assistant. Additionally, Hella trained psychology students in interpersonal professional skills and provided support to children with learning disabilities and behavioral issues at Quadraat Orthopedagogische Maatschap. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology, along with minors in Criminology and Journalism from Leiden University.
