Joel Schwartz began their career in 2001 as Co-Founder and COO of JusTalk Inc. In 2003, they founded and became CEO of What's Up Cellular, Inc. In 2008, they founded and became CEO of BSD Telecom Inc. and in 2012, they founded and became CEO of Parlor Inc., the first and only Social Talking Network.

Joel Schwartz attended Touro University from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management.
