Maryellen McDonnell joined the Parlance team as a Customer Support Analyst after two years working with the team as a Caller Experience Analyst. She has a background in voice recognition and worked on the team that launched the Amazon Alexa. Having worked in administration at Harvard Medical School for 15years, Maryellen is at home with the unique organizational structure and terminology associated with the health care and higher education sectors. Maryellen is a graduate of Cornell University, but has stayed true to her Massachusetts roots.
