Sarah Gilman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leisure management, user experience, and web content development. Currently serving as Swim Lessons Manager at Lex Leisure since June 2019 and as Sport Development Co-ordinator and Duty Manager at Parkwood Leisure since October 2014, Sarah excels in operational management, customer care, and staff leadership. Additionally, Sarah holds the position of Senior User Experience Consultant with The Co-operative Banking Group since July 2011, overseeing a team to enhance online user experiences. Previous roles include Web Content Manager at Britannia from November 2007 to July 2011 and Web Content Developer at Britannia Building Society from March 2000 to October 2007, where Sarah focused on developing compliant web content solutions.
