Mobby Mathews has extensive experience in plant administration, admin and facility management, employee transport, and general administration. MOBBY started their career at Johnson Controls in 1997 as a Deputy Manager in Admin and worked there until 2014. In 2014, they briefly worked as an Associate Manager in Employee Transport at Tech Mahindra. From 2015 to 2019, they held the position of Senior Executive in Admin and Facility Management at Lear Corporation. Currently, they are working as an Assistant Manager in Plant Administration at Parksons Packaging Ltd.

Mobby Mathews completed their education in a chronological order. MOBBY attended Jai Hind High School Pimpri from 1980 to 1991, where they completed their 1-10th grade. Following that, they enrolled in The Manghanmal Udharam College of Commerce (M.U.C.C.) from 1993 to 1997 and obtained their Graduation degree in commerce. In 1998, they pursued a Master's in Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they completed in 2002. Mobby then acquired a Diploma in Computers from the Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research from 2005 to 2007. Finally, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2015 to 2017, and concurrently completed an MBA in HR from Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trusts S.B.Patil Institute of Management, Pradhikaran, Nigdi, Pune 411044.
