Celyn Walters is a Computer Vision Research Engineer at Parkopedia since May 2023, previously serving as a Research Fellow at the Centre for Vision, Speech and Signal Processing at the University of Surrey from December 2020 to May 2023. Celyn completed a PhD in AI, focusing on autonomous vehicles and augmented reality, at the University of Surrey from 2017 to 2020, where also contributed as a Robotics Lab Demonstrator. Prior experiences include roles as a Sandwich Student and Vacation Student at STFC, involving projects with NI LabVIEW and motor systems, and as a Lifeguard at SOLL Leisure. Celyn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering with Computer Systems from the University of Surrey, obtained in 2017.
