Jayce L. is an experienced professional with a background in business administration, holding dual degrees in Information Management and Business Operations Management from the City University of Hong Kong. Currently serving as a Management Trainee at PARKnSHOP since July 2023, Jayce previously worked as a Sales and Supply Support Specialist at IKEA and gained experience as a summer intern in the Customer Fulfillment Department. Jayce's leadership skills were demonstrated as President of NextGen Operations and Internal Vice President of the CityU College of Business Student Leadership Chapter. Additional experience includes internships at 香港中華煤氣有限公司 in Retail Marketing and Sales, and 中國工商銀行（亞洲） in Internet Finance, complemented by an exchange program in Management Science at the University of Waterloo.
