Jess Grounds has extensive experience in the educational sector, currently serving as Deputy Principal, Head of Secondary, and Lead Teacher of Mathematics & Science at Parklands Christian College since January 2011. Prior experience includes an educator role for the Smart Relationships Program at Peter Janetzki & Associates from January 2006 to February 2016, and a Junior Practice Manager position at Dr Mathews' Surgery between 2007 and 2010. Additionally, Jess Grounds worked as a Secondary Teacher at Bracken Ridge State High School from January 2003 to December 2005. Academically, Jess Grounds holds a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Education in Botany from The University of Queensland and is currently pursuing further education at Queensland University of Technology. Earlier education includes attendance at Citipointe Christian College and Moreton Bay College.
