Chad Fremmerlid is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Officer at Parkland County since January 2021. Additionally, Chad operates a small business, Chad Has A Paddle, specializing in stand-up paddleboarding lessons and inflatable rentals since April 2017. Prior experience includes a role as a Project Engineer with the City of Edmonton from August 2011 to November 2019, where responsibilities involved leading transportation comments on industrial development applications and supervising engineering co-op students. Chad also worked as a Traffic Standards Engineer with Alberta Transportation from February 2009 to August 2011, focusing on guidelines for roadside signs and conducting speed limit reviews.
