Ausha R. Miles is an experienced operations leader in the hospitality and management sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Parking Management Company since May 2021, Ausha has held various roles including Area Manager, City Manager, and Guest Services Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Rhaglan Hospitality from August 2017 to March 2020, where Ausha was the Director of Accounting & Culture, overseeing human resources functions and budget management. Ausha also served as the Assistant General Manager at Tom James Company from January 2015 to August 2017, managing office operations and providing administrative support. Ausha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
