Michael Belcher is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the maritime and technical fields. Currently serving as a Senior Deckhand at Parker Towing Co since November 2016, Michael excels in equipment maintenance, diesel engine servicing, and training apprentice deckhands, while ensuring adherence to security protocols. Prior to this, Michael worked as an Operations Manager at Aardwolf Termite and Pest Control, where responsibilities included supervising a team, optimizing workflow, negotiating with customers, and training new employees. Michael’s career began in the United States Marine Corps, where duties as a Network Engineer/Training Officer involved managing Local Area Network systems, mentoring teams, and maintaining high-value communications equipment. Michael holds a certificate in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management from the Marine Corps Communications and Electronics School.
