Will G Barker is an Associate Attorney at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP since September 2022, specializing in intellectual property law with a focus on technology contracts, including Software-as-a-Service and privacy matters. Will is currently studying for the July Bar after earning a Doctor of Law (JD) from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Law Clerk at Dobson Law Firm, where Will authored legal documents across civil and criminal cases, and as a Summer Law Clerk at McAngus Goudelock & Courie, focusing on business litigation. Will also has experience as a Legal Intern at Global Knowledge, editing vendor agreements and ensuring regulatory compliance, and has held leadership positions such as Camp Director at Venture Club, managing over 40 staff members. Will's educational background includes dual Bachelor's degrees in Public Relations and Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
