Todd Haynie is a Partner at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, where focus lies in commercial lending, real estate, and corporate law since August 2010. Haynie represents major lending institutions and borrowers in various financing transactions, including construction and permanent real estate loans, asset-based loans, and loan workouts and restructurings. Prior to this role, Haynie practiced for 13 years as a Partner at Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A., specializing in commercial finance and commercial real estate. Haynie earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1997 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Davidson College in 1994.
