Skip Smart has over four decades of legal experience, currently serving as a Partner in Business Law at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP since 1983. Prior to this position, Skip was an Associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, formerly known as Winthrop Stimson Putnam & Roberts, from 1979 to 1983. Skip obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Virginia School of Law and holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Harvard University. Early education was completed at Woodberry Forest School.
