Shalanna Pirtle currently serves as the Chief Talent, Diversity & Inclusion Officer and Partner at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, where responsibilities include representing management in various aspects of employment law such as discrimination and wrongful discharge. As Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee and Interim Director, Shalanna provides expertise in counseling, investigations, and litigation defense. Additionally, Shalanna works as a Mediator for Alterity ADR and has prior experience as a Corporate Trainer at Olive Garden Italian Restaurant and as an Assignment Desk Editor/Field Producer at WSB-TV. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism/Sociology from Indiana University Bloomington, along with participation in Leadership Charlotte Class 33.
