Nick Nybo is an Associate Attorney at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, a position held since September 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Judicial Extern to The Honorable Judge J. Michelle Childs at the U.S. District Courts in August 2021, and a Summer Associate at Nexsen Pruet, LLC from July 2020 to August 2021, as well as another Summer Associate role at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP in May 2021. Nick also contributed as a Writing Fellow at Clemson University from January 2017 to December 2018. Nick Nybo holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law (2019-2022) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Writing from Clemson University (2015-2019).
