Meg Cox is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in securities and commercial litigation. Currently serving as Conflicts Counsel and previously as Deputy Conflicts Counsel at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP since January 2017, Meg has demonstrated significant expertise in managing legal conflicts. Prior roles include Associate positions at Kennedy Covington, focusing on securities and commercial litigation and arbitration from October 1998 to September 2006, and at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP, specializing in securities litigation from September 1996 to September 1998. Meg holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
