Joyce Reid is an experienced professional in the legal and facility management sectors. Currently serving as a Litigation Paralegal at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP since April 2022, Joyce previously held various paralegal positions at respected firms, including a four-year tenure at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP and roles at The Roberts Law Firm, Bolster Rogers & McKeown, and Tippens & Zurosky. Additionally, Joyce is the President of JAMR Facility Services, LLC, overseeing facility maintenance and emergency response since January 2021. With a strong background in litigation support and business management, supported by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from Strayer University and an A.A.S. in Paralegal Technology from Central Piedmont Community College, Joyce has developed a comprehensive skill set in legal processes, client management, and operational leadership.
