Joy Hord is a Partner at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein, a position held since September 1995, focusing on the resolution of legal, regulatory, and business issues for health care entities. Previously, Joy served as an Associate within the same firm, also concentrating on health care-related legal matters. Additionally, Joy was a Secretary and Board Member for the Charlotte Community Health Clinic from 2005 to 2012. Joy Hord earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School between 1992 and 1995 and holds an A.B. in Political Science from Davidson College, completed in 1992. Education was furthered at The Webb School from 1982 to 1988.
