Jamie Schwedler is a Partner and the Land Use & Litigation Attorney at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, with a focus on land use, zoning, real property litigation, and complex commercial litigation since September 2007. Responsibilities include representing developers, homebuilders, and landowners in various land use and zoning matters, negotiating agreements for transportation and infrastructure, and advising on taxation and regulatory issues. Prior experience includes roles at Nelson Mullins, where Jamie handled litigation and land use matters, and positions as a landscape architect with a specialization in urban design projects. Jamie holds a JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a BLA in Landscape Architecture from Clemson University.
