David Pardue is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in business, real estate, and intellectual property litigation. Currently serving as a Partner at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP since November 2019, Pardue previously held partner positions at Owen, Gleaton, Egan, Jones & Sweeney, LLP, Kaufman Miller & Forman, Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, and Hartman, Simons, Spielman & Wood. Early in their career, Pardue worked as an associate at King & Spalding and Hunton & Williams, and completed a clerkship at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Pardue earned a J.D. from Yale Law School and a BA in History, summa cum laude, from Tulane University.
