Collier Marsh is a Partner at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, with expertise in construction and development law, guiding clients through zoning, entitlement, and dispute resolution processes. Specializing in land use, Collier represents developers involved in commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects throughout North Carolina's Triangle region. Prior experience includes roles as Associate at the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, and Natural Resources Law, Editor in Chief at the University of Kentucky College of Law Legal Clinic, and various legal internships and clerkships, including with the Energy and Environment Cabinet and the United States Attorney's Office. Collier holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia.
