Ciara Querubin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in lean manufacturing and management. Currently serving as General Manager at Parker Hannifin since January 2015, Ciara has held multiple leadership positions within the company, including Group Director of Lean Manufacturing and Division Lean Manager. Prior to Parker Hannifin, Ciara worked at Eaton Hydraulics from June 2002 to January 2015, progressing through roles such as Plant Manager and Operational Excellence Manager, and has a foundational background in manufacturing management and supply chain analysis. Ciara began their career as an Engineering Intern at O-Cedar in 2001. Ciara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, obtained in 2002.
