Thad Oviatt has been working in the technology industry since 2006. Thad began their career as an Entry Level Web Application Developer at Delta Air Lines, where they participated in a team of five to redesign Delta.com's website. In 2007, they were promoted to Mid-Level Web Application Developer, where they were responsible for UI development of a web application added to Delta.com. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Graduate Assistant at Georgia Southern University's College of Information Technology and College of Business Administration. During this time, they were the President of the Entrepreneurship Club and the Administrator of Eagle-Entrepreneur.com on WordPress. In 2011, they also worked as a Software Engineer at LexisNexis. Finally, in 2012, they founded and became the CEO of ParkENT Cycles, a company that produces a universal secure charging station for electric bicycles.
Thad Oviatt received their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Southern University in 2008-2009. Thad then completed a Master of Science in Applied Engineering from Georgia Southern University in 2009-2010. Thad went on to receive their Master of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University in 2011. Prior to that, Thad attended Georgia Institute of Technology from 2002-2008, studying Electrical and Computer Engineering.
