Thom Maxwell-Miller has extensive experience in project management and consulting within the architecture, construction, water and resource management, ecological restoration, and civil engineering fields. Thom began their career as the CEO of Ecosystems Imagery, Inc. where they managed a land development company specializing in creating environmentally sensitive spaces. Thom then moved on to Gafcon, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager and Consultant, overseeing construction administration and project management for various projects. Following that, they worked at the Orange County Great Park Design Studio as the Director and Sr. Program Manager, leading a multi-disciplinary development studio and managing a team of employees and sub-consultant companies. Thom later joined RAM AIR ENGINEERING as the Consulting Director, Resort Environmental Services, where they focused on strategic planning and environmental efficiency in the hotel and hospitality industry. Most recently, they served as a Senior Project Consultant at Park West Companies, overseeing project management and subcontractor administration for various construction projects.

Thom Maxwell-Miller holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Environmental Studies from Humboldt State University. No specific timeframe has been provided for this education.
