Katie Slaughter has extensive experience in student success and customer service, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Student Success and Graduate Student Success Coach at Park University since April 2019. In this role, Katie provides advising services in a fast-paced environment and conducts planning sessions with students shortly after enrollment. Prior to this, Katie worked as a Contact Center Representative at DataFile Technologies, where exceptional customer service was key in building relationships with clients and patients. Additionally, as a Graduate Assistant at Park University, Katie focused on instructional design, developing online training resources and providing administrative support. Katie holds a Master of Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management, both from Park University.
