Sugandha Sharma has extensive experience in land acquisition, urban planning, and architectural management. Currently serving as a Land Acquisition & Entitlements professional at Park Square Homes since October 2021, Sugandha previously worked as an Urban Planner at Poulos & Bennett, where responsibilities included due diligence and entitlements. Additionally, Sugandha held the position of Head of Department at Shimla University - AGU in the School of Architecture & Planning, managing both academic and consulting portfolios. Earlier career roles include managerial positions at Voyants Solutions Private Limited specializing in infrastructure projects across multiple continents, and as an Associate Consultant at Technopak Advisors focusing on functional and space programs for healthcare facilities. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida and an M.PLAN in Environment from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.
