Florence Farrell has over two decades of experience in development and stewardship at The Park School, where roles have included Director of Stewardship/Digital Media Specialist, Director of Stewardship and Research, Capital Campaign Coordinator, and Associate Director of Summer Programs. Currently, as Director of Stewardship, Florence collaborates with the Head of School to enhance donor relations and engagement. Previous responsibilities encompassed conducting donor and prospect research, managing fundraising efforts, and coordinating summer programs. Early career experience includes positions at McLean Hospital as Development Assistant and in the Development Office at The Park School as Development Assistant. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Salem State University and a certificate in Donor Stewardship. Florence continues to enhance skills through participation in conferences focused on social media and donor retention.
