Ovidio Ortiz has extensive experience in supply chain and field service management, currently serving as Supply Chain Manager, Account Delivery Manager, and Regional Service Manager at Park Place Technologies since October 2017. Prior to this, Ovidio held the position of Field Service Manager for the West Coast Region at NCE Computer Group USA from April 2011 to October 2017, overseeing a team of 10 field engineers across multiple states. Ovidio's earlier roles include Lead Engineer for Essintial Enterprise Solutions, where responsibilities included supervising technicians and hardware maintenance in large data centers, and Lead Support Engineer at Northrop Grumman IT, providing hardware maintenance for various high-profile accounts. Additional experience includes operations management at Laser Fantasy International and project management at Pride Technologies, where a significant Windows 95 roll-out was executed. Education was pursued at the University of Connecticut between 1993 and 1995.
