Christopher Allen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Christopher started their career in 2009 as a Post Closing Document Analyst at Mortgage Master, Inc. Christopher then worked as a Technology Assistant at Hopkinton Public Schools and as a Help Desk Technician at the Town of Hopkinton, MA. In 2013, they became a Template Programmer at Altisource and a Technical Support Specialist at UpToDate. Christopher also worked as an IS Help Desk Associate I at Covidien (Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group). In 2014, they joined Tufts Health Plan as an IS Service Desk Associate and later worked as a Senior Technology Support Specialist at UnitedHealth Group. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at PROCURRI (Boston, MA) in various roles, including Storage Technology Specialist I, Technical Support Specialist II, and Escalation Duty Manager. Christopher'smost recent role has been at Park Place Technologies, where they started as a Senior Support Engineer in 2021 and is currently working as a Support Center Team Lead.

Christopher Allen earned their Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management between 1998 and 2002. Prior to that, they completed an Associates in Computer Systems Engineering Technology from Quinsigamond Community College.
