Kristi Hyatt has over 16 years of experience at Park Community Credit Union, progressing through various roles in human resources from Clerk to Operations Specialist. Key responsibilities include analyzing efficiencies, managing compliance reports, processing payroll, training staff, and overseeing department audits. Kristi has successfully led projects such as the implementation of a new payroll vendor and integration of performance systems. Prior to this role, Kristi worked as a Photo Laboratory Technician at Fulltone Fast Foto and participated in an Emerging Leader training program with the Kentucky Credit Union League. Kristi holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Spalding University and a high school diploma from Mercy Academy.
