Ted McAleer is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in business development, investment, and technology commercialization. As Co-Founder and Board Chairman of Park City Angels since March 2007, McAleer has contributed to over $80 million in investments across more than 130 portfolio companies. McAleer founded VBGS in January 2018, focusing on empowering technical founders to scale their businesses. Additional roles include serving as a consultant for PROTECS Inc., Senior Business Advisor for NexGen Materials, and advisor for Rebel Medicine. McAleer has held various leadership positions, including Executive Director of USTAR and Director of Business Development at the University of Utah. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a Master of Engineering from the University of Virginia.
