Previously, Phoebe was the SVP of Technology and Product at ArborCrowd, where Phoebe led digital products and technology solutions. Prior to that, Phoebe held the title of Executive Director of Creative Technology and Customer Experience at Story Worldwide. With a background in technology and a BA in Comparative Literature from Cornell University, Phoebe has a proven track record of leading innovative projects and teams in various organizations.
