Hakim Belkacem currently serves as the Directeur Pôle Consulting at Paris Society since October 2023. Prior to this, Hakim held the position of Global Operations & Development Director at Akrame Group from September 2022 to November 2023, overseeing multiple Michelin-starred restaurants and working as an official chef for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Previous roles include Group Operations Director at Cedric Grolet Group and Sales and Account Manager at Palatino Hospitality, with a foundational experience in financial management and operations at renowned establishments such as the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Hakim holds an MBA in Hospitality Management from MBA ESG and a Master’s degree in Audit and Financial Management from EDHEC Business School.
