Kathy Healey has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Guest Services Associate at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. since November 2019. Alongside this role, Kathy has been an author since August 2021. Kathy's career began at Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, where involvement includes roles as a Sommelier and in Banquets since November 1998. Additional positions include work at Paris Las Vegas, where Kathy contributes to the Guy Savoy Brioche, and at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in Banquets and as a Costar since January 2010. Kathy has also worked as a Banquet Server at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino since August 2003 and as a Bartender for Centerplate since June 2001. Prior to these roles, Kathy was employed by American Airlines from 1998 to 2008 before retirement. Kathy holds a Certificate in Wine, Spirits, Beer, and Eau de Vie from the Court of Master Sommelier, completed between 2002 and 2008.
