Markella Seher (Coulaloglou) currently serves as the Director of Global Launch Excellence and the Director of SSU Strategy & Planning Account Lead at Parexel since June 2022. Prior experience includes an adjunct faculty position instructing the Masters in Clinical Research Administration Program at The George Washington University from April 2017 to July 2024, and various roles at AstraZeneca, where Markella worked from December 2003 to April 2022, culminating as Associate Director of Study Start Up. Other notable positions include Senior Clinical Program Manager at Avid Radiopharmaceuticals and Clinical Trial Project Manager at the Children's Clinical Research Institute/The Childrenā€™s Hospital of Philadelphia. Markella's early career started as a Clinical Research Associate at Sanofi. Markella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management from Saint Joseph's University.
