Leslie Rowell has a diverse work experience. Leslie most recently worked at Parexel as the Governance & Engagement Lead starting in 2022. Prior to that, Leslie worked at Syneos Health where they held multiple roles including Associate Director, SSU Operations and Governance, and Manager, SSU Business Operations. At Syneos Health, they were responsible for strategic and operational KPIs, analysis and reporting, development of BI dashboards, project management, governance of data entry and quality issues, and resource planning. Before Syneos Health, Leslie worked at INC Research in various roles related to site start-up and regulatory operations. Leslie started their professional career as a Customer Service Professional at BCBSNC in 2010.

Leslie Rowell completed their Bachelor of Science degree in History at Meredith College from 2002 to 2007.
