Amy DiFebbo has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition. Amy is currently the Global Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Parexel, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ICON plc as the Executive Director of Global Talent Acquisition from March 2021 to September 2022. Amy also has experience at PRA Health Sciences, where they held roles such as Senior Director and Director of Global Talent Acquisition from 2015 to 2021. Before that, they worked at ADP RPO as the Manager of Talent Acquisition for the Americas from 2011 to 2015. Amy started their career at ICON Clinical Research, where they held various recruitment and managerial roles from 2003 to 2011. Amy also has experience as a Clinical Research Recruiter at Kelly Scientific Resources and as a Radiologic Technologist at Hahnemann University Hospital.
