Sandra Asher has extensive experience in human resources and board governance. Currently, Sandra serves as Treasurer and a Director on the Governing Board of Community Solutions for Children, Families, and Individuals since March 2019, leading critical business development and recruitment initiatives in support of services provided to children, teens, and families facing various crises in Santa Clara and San Benito Counties. Additionally, Sandra holds a directorship on the Governing Board of Parents Helping Parents since December 2019. Previous roles include Senior HR Business Partner at Adobe Systems and Senior HR Manager at PlaceWare, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented to enhance organizational effectiveness. Sandra began their career in HR with positions at XO Communications, AT&T, RR Donnelley, and Pitney Bowes, after earning a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
