Michelle Wallis, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as HR Manager at Parents And Children Together (PACT) since March 2021. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at Plan International, HR Manager at the National School of Government and The Cotswold Company, and HR Operations Manager at T K Maxx. Michelle began a career in recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant at Recruitment Express. Academic qualifications include an HND in Business and Finance (Tourism) from Bournemouth University and A-levels alongside G.C.S.E.s from Parkstone Grammar School.
