Mekela Demotte currently serves as Senior Executive HR and Admin at ParentPay Lanka (Pvt) Ltd since April 2023. Prior to this role, Mekela held various positions at Continental Insurance Lanka Ltd from May 2017 to April 2023, including Senior Executive in Human Resource Development, Human Resources Executive, and Human Resources Assistant. Earlier experience includes working as a Recruitment Executive at Emerald Isle Manpower and Travel Services from December 2015 to December 2017. Mekela's educational background includes a Chartered qualification in Human Resources Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) completed in March 2023, a Diploma in HR from CIPM obtained in December 2019, and an Intermediate level in Accounting and Finance from AAT Sri Lanka completed in December 2013.
