Katie Thomson, MS, RD, is an accomplished entrepreneur and nutrition expert currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Square Baby, which offers customizable meal systems for infants. In addition, Katie is a Founder Member of Parenthood Ventures, a startup ecosystem focused on technology for parents and children, and serves as a Board Member for Cultivate Bend, a trade organization supporting the natural products and Consumer Packaged Goods sector in Central Oregon. Previous roles include Nutrition Consultant for NatureBox, Health & Wellness Consultant at Red Robin, VP of Marketing and Director of Nutrition at KOR Food Innovation, and Senior Nutritionist at Starbucks Coffee Company, where Katie was instrumental in establishing health and wellness initiatives. Educational credentials include a degree in General Science with a focus on Pre-Med, Chemistry, Exercise & Movement Science, and Business from the University of Oregon, and a Master's degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Washington.
