Deborah Lee is the Founder and CEO of Dancing Panda, an educational resource that provides fun learning activities to parents, families, and caregivers with children in grades PreK-3. In addition, Deborah owns Panda Consulting Group and is a founding member of Parenthood Ventures, which supports startups focused on ParentTech. With extensive experience as a Chief of Staff Consultant for various organizations, including New Teacher Center and Unruly Studios, Deborah has a strong background in team culture analysis, operational oversight, and recruitment processes. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Education Leadership from The Broad Center, an MBA in Social Entrepreneurship from Babson College, and a BA in Economics from Wellesley College.
