Jodie Ashworth ACC, FCIPD, currently serves as Solutions Strategy Director at MindGym, where responsibilities include partnering with clients to address people-based challenges and propose impactful solutions utilizing expertise in HR, Talent Development, applied psychology, and behavior change consulting. As a Career & Leadership Accredited Coach and Consultant since 2015, Jodie has over 25 years of experience enhancing performance for senior leaders across various sectors. Additional roles include Facilitator for Creative Mentor Network, Parent Gym Coach for parenting programs, and former Lead Consultant at the NeuroLeadership Institute. Previous positions encompass Head of HR - Talent Management at The Orders of St John Care Trust and Head of International HR at Oxfam, contributing significantly to organizational leadership and people strategy. Jodie holds a degree in Psychology from Lancaster University.
