Casper Louw is an experienced professional in operations and management, currently serving as Operating Managing Director and Operating Director at Parcom since May 2020. Previously, Casper held various roles at McKinsey & Company from September 2014 to March 2020, culminating in the position of Junior Partner. Casper's earlier experience includes significant positions at Unilever from February 2008 to August 2014, including Factory Manager for Ben & Jerry's HLD, and other leadership roles in production and process improvement. Casper earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, completing studies in 2008.
